In most cases, we’ll handle all the preparation for you. However, we’ll always provide clear instructions if any pre-work preparations are needed (e.g., moving furniture, clearing the garden, etc.).
While we aim to keep projects on schedule, severe weather conditions can sometimes cause delays. We’ll always keep you informed if weather impacts the timeline, and we work hard to make sure that delays are kept to a minimum.
We’ll discuss the payment structure upfront, and once the work is completed, we’ll provide an invoice for payment. Payments are typically made by bank transfer.
