Project 1:
Timber Structure

The garden had plenty of potential but needed some thoughtful landscaping to make better use of the space. The layout was uneven, and areas around the home weren’t being used to their full advantage. The homeowners wanted to create a more inviting and structured outdoor area they could enjoy and make the most of.

We began by removing several tonnes of earth to level out the landscape and laid a solid hardcore base, finished with Cotswold chippings for a clean, tidy surface. A bespoke timber pergola was then built to create a focal point and provide a shaded seating area.
To tie everything together, we installed a Cotswolds chipping path behind the kitchen extension, built a decorative rockery, and repointed an existing wall to restore and finish the space with care.

The garden is now a smart, well-structured space that looks fantastic and is easy to maintain. The pergola adds charm and function, while the chipping areas and rockery bring texture and interest. It’s a completely transformed space that the homeowners can now enjoy year-round.

Project 2: Waterlogged Garden Transformation

This garden was once a sodden mess - a waterlogged, underused space that was in the words of the customer more of a burden than a pleasure to look at. The homeowner was struggling with drainage issues, and the existing patio slabs were uneven and worn.

To turn this garden into a beautiful and functional space, we tackled the issues from the ground up:
Soakaway Installation: We added a soakaway to improve drainage and prevent future waterlogging.
Raised Flower Bed: For added dimension and a natural boundary, we built a raised flower bed, perfect for plants and flowers.
Lawn Installation: We laid fresh, vibrant turf to create a green, welcoming space.
Patio Makeover: The existing patio slabs were levelled and re-laid to ensure a smooth, sturdy surface for outdoor living.

The final space is not only functional but also beautiful - no more water pooling, and a garden that's now a joy to spend time in.

This client needed to replace their old fencing, which had become worn and ineffective, with something both functional and stylish. They also wanted to add a practical hidden bin store for convenience, along with a secure, attractive entrance with a new gate.

To meet the client's needs, we completed the following:
Fencing Replacement: We removed all the old fencing and installed high-quality 6'x4' featheredge panels for a clean and durable finish that will stand the test of time.
Hidden Bin Store: We designed and installed a discreet bin store, keeping unsightly bins out of view while maintaining easy access for the homeowner.
Wessex Gate: We added a stunning 5-bar Wessex gate with sturdy 8-inch round top posts, giving the property a welcoming yet secure entrance.

Project 4:
Patio Renovation & Wall Repointing

This client wanted to restore an uneven and worn-out patio while adding a stylish, functional pathway to improve the flow of the space. Additionally, the boundary wall was in need of attention, as the coping stones had become loose and weathered over time.

We tackled the issues systematically to ensure a durable, attractive result:
Patio Renovation: We carefully lifted all uneven areas of the patio, levelled the surface, and installed a new brindle-coloured block paving pathway running through the centre for a fresh, modern look.
Slab Re-laying: The existing patio slabs were cleaned and carefully re-laid on both sides of the new pathway, ensuring everything fit together perfectly.
Wall Restoration: The coping stones on the boundary wall were removed, rebedded, and repointed on both sides to restore their finish and ensure the wall’s structural integrity.

The client now has a safe, beautiful patio area with a modern, tidy pathway and a solid, restored boundary wall. The space is not only more attractive but also much safer and durable for long-term use.
